Kirstie Alley has been the 'butt' of late night talk show host's jokes (mainly Conan O'Brien), and has been criticized by the media for years about her fluctuating weight.  But, will Kirstie have the last laugh?   

Kirstie had a tv show called 'Fat Actress' back in 2005 that was about an actress (Kirstie playing a version of herself), who struggled to lose weight and revive her Hollywood career.  The show only lasted seven episodes, but Kirstie is back in television with a reality show of her own, which will air on the network A&E in 2010.

The show will follow Kirstie as she juggles producing a feature film, sticking to a new weight-loss program and raising her two daughters, all while looking for love. So it kind of sounds like, 'The Bachelorette', 'The Biggest Loser', 'Jon & Kate Plus Eight' (minus 6, and Jon) all in one.  

Will Kirstie lose weight like she did back in 2006 when she revealed her bikini body on "Oprah"? She just might, because she's already raving about her HOT new trainer as she tweeted today:
