Want Beyonce's Body? Her Trainer's Giving Out Tips

Do you admire Beyonce's curves? (Who doesn't?) Well, here's some help in getting them (or your own version of a fit, healthy body). No one can help with the genetics aspect, but Beyonce's trainer, Marco Borges, is giving daily fitness tips to Us Weekly. Here's today's tip:

Walk It Out

Did you know that walking a mile burns the same amount of calories as running a mile? Also, walking has the highest rate of compliance of any exercise, which means you're  more likely to stick to it than anything else. Studies show you can add 12  years to your life if you go on a walk three times a week.

I had no idea walking could be as effective as running! I'm guessing he's referring to aerobic walking, though, that gets your heart rate up, not a stroll :)
