Andrew Dice Clay Sticks To His Roots

Comedian Andrew Dice Clay, 50, proves that you can take the boy out of Brooklyn but you can't take Brooklyn out of the boy. It doesn't look like he's eating too healthy, but that may be because he's taken up wrestling. At least he finds a balance!

Kirstie Alley Shows No Signs of Getting Better

Kirstie Alley famously slimmed her way back into a bikini just two years ago, but it appears that calorie counting is not on her agenda these days. Kirstie was recently seen having lunch in Los Angeles skipping over the salad, and instead tucking into what appeared to be an array of fried foods and sweet treats. The Cheers star ended her three-year reign as the face of Jenny Craig in February. There was widespread speculation that her increasing size led to company bosses passing her over in favour of the current spokesmodel, actress Queen Latifah. However the 57-year-old vowed to launch her own weigh loss brand next year. She said at the time:

"I want to create something new that will help millions of people end the seemingly never ending fatty-roller coaster ride."

There is nothing wrong with not being stick-thin like most of these FitCelebs, but Kirstie is getting unhealthy, yet again, and at her age, that's not a good idea.

Do or did any of you yo-yo with your weight like Kirstie?

itcelebKatherine_Heigl_and_Josh_Kelley_shopping_at_a_mall_and_eating_in_Glendale-
Actress Katherine Heigel was recently photographed while enjoying a mid-day snack at Don Cuco's Mexican restaurant in Glendale, CA. The actress appears to be enjoying a cheese taquito. Katherine has a wonderful figure, but if she wants to keep it , she needs to - "put that snack down"! According to TheDailyPlate.com, one tiny taquito packs a whopping 230 calories, 13 grams of fat, 27 carbohydrates, and only 1 gram of protein and fiber.
Here are a few tips from essortment.com to help you eat healthy while dining out "south of the border":

  • Don't eat the chips. The tortilla chips are full of fat and empty calories. Share them or avoid eating them at altogether.

  • When you order look on the menu for food that is baked. Avoid food that says fried.

  • Avoid food that has the following descriptions: crispy, fried, refried beans, cheesy, and with guacamole.

  • Try foods that are described as baked, grilled, and soft tortilla.

  • Don't order any toppings. Avoid sour cream and guacamole. These are full of unneeded fat. Salsa is a nice alternative.

  • Avoid fried foods including: tacos, taquitos, chimichangas, etc. -Instead, substitute for soft tacos & baked quesadillas.

  • Avoid food with ground beef in it. Try chicken instead.

  • Mexican food tends to have big portions. You might like to cut the portions in half and put in a to go box.

  • Mexican desserts tend to be fried and topped with honey. Instead of fried desserts get fruits.
