Amy Winehouse has sung for her supper - she struck a deal with her neighbor to cook a meal in return for a private gig.

The "Back to Black" hitmaker was hosting a barbecue at her house in Barnet, north London, but started to worry about taking control of the cooking. When she noticed her next door neighbor grilling food in his garden, she asked him to help her out - on the condition she will play a mini gig for him. A source tells Britain's The Sun,

"Amy was having a party at her home in Barnet. She bought loads of meat and booze and was about to get started when she began to worry about cooking it.

"She's a good cook but struggles with the barbie. She didn't want to burn herself or the grub. It came together in the end as her neighbor agreed to help in return for a private gig one day."

Wonder if Amy will uphold that agreement.

According to Contactmusic, Beyonce Knowles put alter ego Sasha Fierce aside for a minute to join forces with food brand General Mills' Hamburger Helper to launch the Show Your Helping Hand initiative, which looks after poverty-stricken families across America.

All together now: AWW! Really though, is there ANYTHING this woman can't conquer?! She is all over the media map.

Just last month, Beyonce encouraged fans to bring non-perishable food items to her concert in New York and now, she's requesting that they purchase Hampburger Helper products. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Show Your Helping Hand Initiative in hopes of putting 3.5 million meals on the table at food banks across the country.
