How Scarlett Johansson Shaped Up For Iron Man 2
Monday, July 27th, 2009 @ 3:42pm
"I kicked some major butt," the actress, 24, told PEOPLE at Comic-Con of her training regimen to make her a shapely superhero ready for acrobatic battle scenes. "It was many, many, hours, days, and months of stunt training and strength training, but it's fun because I had a goal. The goal was the Lycra catsuit."
According to Iron Man 2's director Jon Favreau, she stuck to a low-carb diet and really watched what she ate.
All in all, admiration was more his stance: "I think people are going to be very impressed when they see her. It's totally different than anything you've seen her do before," he said of Scarlett's stunt work for the film.

Tyra Banks' Strict New Diet
Monday, July 27th, 2009 @ 3:25pm
A source tells Fox411 that Ms. Tyra Banks "has become so strict with her diet that she can’t even stand for junk food or fattening food to be around her. So she’s basically telling anyone she eats with what they can and can’t order. Most people think she’s joking at first, but then they realize she actually expects them to follow her eating rules too. She tells them: ‘If I’m not eating it, you’re not eating it!'"

Justin Timberlake Opens Golf Course
Monday, July 27th, 2009 @ 3:16pm
Timberlake flew down to Tennessee for the opening on Friday afternoon. He dubbed the course Mirimichi, which couldn't be a more perfect nomenclature (the Native American term can be translated to "place of happy retreat").
The golf course was the first in the country to be certified as a "classic sanctuary" by Audubon International, in recognition of the course's "environmentally sustainable" design, which is intended to make it as friendly for wildlife and native plants as for golfers.
"I was able to pose the question, is it possible for a golf course to actually be 'green'?" he joked. When asked about Mirimichi's unusual local of Millingtion, TN, Justin said: "I could care less about celebrity," he said. "This is where I grew up, and this is home ... and it always will be for me. Any time you can give back to that and get 18 holes in, it's a win-win."
Elaine Cassidy Keeping Healthy While Being Pregnant
Monday, July 27th, 2009 @ 2:57pm
The cover girl sat down Fit Pregancy for an exclusive one-on-one interview to dish about the ups of pregnancy and her healthy eating habits for the little bundle of joy in her tummy:
Q: You look amazing. How are you feeling?
A: Amazing! I feel kind of guilty because I haven’t had much sickness or anything at all. A couple weeks ago I had to lie in bed for a half-hour because I ate too much pizza and felt kind of queasy, but I can’t really blame the pregnancy for that. It should be a time you can enjoy, so I’m glad I have been able to.
Q: Have you had any cravings?
A: I seem to want foods from my childhood: fresh orange juice – and it has to be fresh – eggs, cheese, yogurt. And Irish breakfast, which is sausage, eggs, rashers, mushrooms, black and white pudding, grilled tomatoes and hash browns.
Q: Black and white pudding?
A: It’s a kind of blood pudding. Rashers is bacon.
Q: What about aversions?
A: It’s weird: I can smell things I never smelled before—the other day I woke up and could smell my neighbor’s toast and laundry. Candles are too intense right now.
Q: How’s your prenatal diet?
Recipe: Sweet Potato Fries
Monday, July 27th, 2009 @ 2:12pm
I am a fry lover., but I love sweet potato fries even more! Want to know the way I get to indulge without feeling guilty? Making my own oven baked sweet potato fries.
You just slice the sweet potatoes, with the skin included (extra nutrients!) toss lightly in olive oil, salt, pepper, and add any other seasoning you'd like and stick them in a 400 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes until the edges are crispy. You might want to flip them midway through to make sure they evenly cook.
They go perfectly with your summer BBQ, or any meal that needs a side. Enjoy!
