When pictures surfaced of Tallulah Willis, daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, holding a pack of cigarettes in her hands, Hollywood rumors started flying.

Fear not! The 15-year-old was not jumping into anything but a pack of chocolate (that'd be candy) cigarettes for her eating pleasure at a party photographed by Cobra Snake.

No harm in satisfying the occasional sugar fix!

Okay, something's wrong here. ABC Family (hence the name family) used to be the network of wholesome laughs and good old fashioned family morals.

Now with the airing of its latest movie Labor Pains, starring Lindsay Lohan, questions are beginning to arise. There's talk of condoms and a scene with Lindsay "chain-smoking Marlboros in the bathroom."

"If I was a parent who sat my little adopted daughter Ling Ling down to watch Lindsay Lohan sink to ABC Family movie of the week last night I’d be pissed. The bitch smoked through the entire movie while getting advice from Cheryl Hines. They smoked in the bathroom twice, and in a bar over drinks before I couldn’t take anymore. Maybe her nic fits were suppose to be humorous juxtaposed against her lying about being pregnant, but it just ….wasn’t funny," blogged a user of The Insider website.

Khloe Kardashian, the youngest of the Kardashian trio, blogged and gushed about her current trip to Africa with big sis Kim and Kim's beau Reggie Bush:

We went to a feeding facility yesterday with D.E.F., the Diamond Empowerment Fund. D.E.F. is an organization created to support education initiatives geared toward disadvantaged people in Africa. We handed out food and milk to women and children and we got to play with the kids -- they were all SO adorable!!!!!!!

Reality TV is my guilty pleasure. Mix reality TV with working out? I don't think it gets any better than that. The Bravo show 'Workout' that features, trainer extraordinaire Jackie Warner and her team of elite trainers at her Beverly Hills Sky Sport studio, have personal workout sessions that go for $400 per hour!

You can have your own personal training session now at your own home and still get amazing results. I love the way the video is set up. There are three 20 minute sections. Upper body, lower body, and core. It is a mix of strength and cardio and the only equipment you need is a pair of dumbbells.

She has 4 different trainers on set and brings each one of them up one at a time so you can get a more personal workout. She points out proper form, and modifications you can use. It's like Jackie is right in front of you and showing you how to do each exercise correctly. You do each exercise for one minute then move right onto the next. She says " you can do anything for one minute" and it's true! You can push through one minute of anything when it helps you achieve the body you want.

It's an intense workout that creates results. You can choose to do one of the sections to focus on or you can load all three of them up for an hour body sculpting class. Jackie trains celebrities such as Anne Hathaway and Paul McCartney.

You may think that no one would be crazy enough to play Serena Williams on the tennis courts or challenge Oscar De La Hoya to a fight in the ring, or race Michael Phelps in the swimming pool... but one man is.

Shaquille O'Neal.

Shaq, as he is more commonly known, will partake in a TV series called “Shaq vs.”, debuting on August 18th on ABC. During the reality show, the NBA star will compete against 15 different top athletes at their respective sports.

So who came up with the idea? It was Shaq himself! He thought it up as a great way to train and get in shape for the upcoming season. He says:

"These athletes may be on top of their game, but I am up for the challenge."

Shaquille is going to face some of the best athletes in the world and wants to beat them at their own game. He doesn’t seem fazed by the idea that they may be the best in the world at what they do;

“I plan to train hard and win, so look out”, he says.

A few of the world-class athletes he will face are: volleyball Olympic gold medalists Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor, Albert Pujols the St.Louis Slugger, Serena Williams, this years’ Wimbledon winner, and Michael Phelps, the record holder for the most gold medals ever won at one Olympics.
