Tracey Anderson Talks Madonna & Gwyneth Paltrow On E!'s "Daily 10"
Friday, February 27th, 2009 @ 2:11pm
Unfortunately I didn't get to see this, but celebrity personal trainer Tracy Anderson shared workout secrets of her clients Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow with Catt Sadler last night, Thursday, February 26 (7:30 p.m., ET/PT) on E!.
Regarding dance being part of her sessions, and Madonna and Paltrow’s skill levels, Anderson says:
“obviously someone like Madonna is an amazingly gifted dancer so that was easy…but someone like Gwyneth…when I first started working with her -bless her heart - it was like step touch step touch! Now she's a pop star she could go on tour herself if she wanted to!”
When Sadler asks if Paltrow was reluctant to incorporate dance into her workout, Anderson says:
“Well, she had seen results…was very trusting. ‘I want to get this baby weight off!’ So she was game.”
Regarding Madonna, Anderson says:
“Well, Madonna has an unbelievable work ethic she's extremely consistent she's an amazing student. … I don't work with people that aren't hard workers, that don't take it seriously.”
Did anyone see this interview? Also who do you think would win in a cat fight Madonna or Gwyneth Paltrow?

Aishwarya Rai & Trya Banks Talk Beauty, Modeling and Skin Bleaching
Friday, February 27th, 2009 @ 7:36am
Here's a clip from the Tyra Banks Show with an interview with Pink Panther 2's Aishwayra Rai on beauty, modeling and skin bleaching.
I've been noticing lately that skin bleaching has been popping up in conversations in regards to beauty - and I think like our preception on body image, our preception on skin color should reflect the same attitude - you should treat your body with care and be try not to conform to what you think everybody's standards are. Obviously Hollywood's standards are high in regards to weight and look at what it's doing to actresses.
Katie Holmes' Sweet Tooth
Friday, February 27th, 2009 @ 6:28am
Katie Holmes won over the cast and crew on her latest movie - she bought them all cookies. The former Dawson's Creek star is currently shooting The Extra Man in New York - and the 30-year-old decided to splash out on the sweet treats for everyone on set on Tuesday (24Feb09). A source tells America's OK! magazine,
"It was only the second day of filming and Katie brought our entire crew chocolate chip cookies. What an utter sweetheart. She said, I know you guys work hard. It's such a small gesture but it really goes a long way. She's cordial, she's friendly and everyone already loves her."
Swedish Princess Victoria Need Not To Ever Worry About Being Out Of Shape
Thursday, February 26th, 2009 @ 2:19pm
That's because Swedish Princess Victoria will be marrying her former personal trainer, Daniel Westling. The royal met Westling at a gym seven years ago and the couple has confirmed they're engaged. The Princess says,
"It was a friendship that grew and became love." Victoria, 31, is the heir to the Swedish throne. Her husband-to-be will be known as Prince Daniel, Duke of Vastergotland.
The two will be marrying in the summer of 2010, which I'm sure she will definitely be a fit bride!
