Kim Kardashian is caught up in a legal battle with Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet Company after she accused them of falsely claiming an endorsement from the star. She even tweeted the weight loss cookies were "unhealthy."

Starpulse.com reports:

CEO Matthew Siegel, son of the celebrity doctor behind the weight loss program, countered by filing his own lawsuit in Miami Dade County, Florida, on Tuesday morning - after discovering the star used her Twitter.com blog to claim Dr Siegel's cookies are unhealthy. Siegel claims Kardashian had "commercial motive" for the attack because she is a spokesperson for a rival weight loss program QuickTrim. He tells RadarOnline.com:

"We received a letter a week ago asking us to remove a link to a news story (that we did not write) on our website that implied she was using and endorsing our product. And although we did this we discovered that more than a month before she had made her comments on Twitter claiming our product was "unhealthy" while somebody also leaked a letter from her lawyers to our company to a celebrity website."

Siegel is seeking unspecified damages against Kardashian.

Looks like Zac Efron is warming up before picking up girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens to head to the gym.  Is his pre-workout ritual climbing walls and going for a jog?

...that's one thing I don't get with women at the gym - I wear makeup (foundation) when I workout because I have bad skin and will scare other gym members if I don't, but to workout with eye makeup or lipstick boggles my mind - why?  You're going to get sweaty and gross.  If I had good skin I wouldn't even wear makeup so my skin could breathe.
