Carrie Underwood Hates Cheese

There are a few things that I can attribute to ruining my life - ex-boyfriends, zits on important occasions, and frizz. Cheese wouldn't really be in my top 5 10 100. I'm a sucker for a good hunk of Parmesan. But Carrie Underwood knows better than me. All that fat can be dangerous to a dieter!
"Cheese is ruining my life! I'm trying to talk myself into being lactose-intolerant. I mean, it's basically moldy milk, and it doesn't smell that great. But it's so good! Oh, jeez, I'm thinking about it now."

Eva Mendes Going For A Run


Eva Mendes went for a run with a friend in Los Angeles looking a little down. Personal issues aside, it's nice to see Eva out and about. That stint in rehab could have ended one of two ways. Thank goodness she's regained her life back!
Do you get bored on your daily run? Exercise for Dummies came up with a way to put some spice back in your routine.
Do this walk/jog/run workout on a treadmill or around your block. Shorten the more intense intervals as necessary.
15 minutes - Warm up by walking from a slow to brisk pace.
5 minutes - Jog.
5 minutes - Jog faster.
5 minutes - Jog slower.
2 minutes - Run as fast as you can.
5 minutes - Walk.
2 minutes - Run as fast as you can.
5 minutes - Walk.
5 minutes - Jog.
3 minutes - Pick up the pace and run.
8 minutes - Cool down by walking.

Emmanuelle Chriqui Is One Hot FitCeleb

Well, if there's one thing we do on this site it warns you all of the pressures of Hollywood. Emmanuelle Chriqui, 30, (you may know her as Sloane from "Entourage") was quoted as saying:
"I'm a good eater, I love salads and fruits and water. I think 90 percent of keeping in shape in eating right."

Hmm..now do you think she loves all those foods because she genuinely loves them or do you think Hollywood made her love those foods? I know when I have too much grilled chicken salad I get sick of it! I guess time will tell!

Marlee Matlin Talks About The Battle With Her Weight

FitCeleb did a previous post on how Marlee Matlin was dancing away the pounds due to 'Dancing with the Stars'. Marlee was a huge inspiration during the show, and now that she's off of it she's speaking to Ok! magazine about how she gained and lost the weight. Here's what she had to say:
When did you gain the weight?
When I had my kids [Sarah, 12, Brandon, 7, Tyler, 5, and Isabelle, 4. During one pregnancy I gained close to 60 pounds. It was a combination of bad eating and a lack of exercise.
How did you lose the weight?
I started a program to get toned for the holidays. When I combined exercise with the Zone diet, the weight began coming off. Now I weigh 112 pounds, and at 5 feet 3, that's about right.
Why is dancing such great exercise?
Dancing is like Pilates, jogging, weight training, aerobics and yoga all rolled into one. I love it!

As i said previously, we all need start our very own 'Dancing with the Stars'!
