Cheryl Cole Trains For Mt. Kilimanjaro

FitCeleb has been posting about Cheryl Cole's weight gain, and it's becoming unclear why she's putting on the weight. It was first reported she was doing so for an upcoming tour in the band Girls Aloud, then in an attempt to bear children, and now she's bulking up for her 10-day trek to the top of Africa's Mount Kilimanaro for British charity Comic Relief in March. Well whatever the reason is, it's between her and her hubby Ashley, so power to her! However, Mount Kilimanjaro is no joke, and I hope she's in good phyiscal condition to work her way up it.
In order to gain the weight, Cole is eating junk food. She's believed to be eating a fried breakfast, chips, hamburgers, cake, doughnuts and chocolate bars every day, in a diet devised by her soccer star husband Ashley Cole's trainers. A source said:
"While most girls would dread the thought of getting bigger, Cheryl can't wait to spoil herself with her favourite treats. But she's really looking forward to it as she knows she needs to be fit as possible. "She's a young girl trying to keep up with other climbers like Take That singer Gary Barlow. So she's getting bigger herself so she can give it her all."
The 25-year old singer has also embarked on a gruelling weight-training regime. She said:
"I don't know about anybody else but I've got blisters on every toe of both feet. We are used to getting in good shape when we are on tour. The dancing really keeps us fit but this is totally different. "I sent my friend a text message the other night after a 12-mile walk on the treadmill. When I went to bed I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to get up in the morning."




Climbing Kili is challenging and you really need to be physically fit to trek up to the summit 5891 metres above the Great Rift Valley. But all the best girls.
