Marcia Cross Post Pregnancy Body Was No Trouble

New Mommy Marcia Cross is featured in next month’s Health Magazine. She bounced back to her weight pretty quickly, considering the fact that she was pregnant with twins and she’s in her forties! Here, Marcia talks about how it was for her to lose the baby weight:

“I haven’t had any trouble, which is shocking to me. Your body doesn’t spring back exactly the way it was, though.”

Well, nice to know for some Celebs, it just comes easy! Considering everything I mentioned, her body looks like it sprung back pretty close to what it was.

Here are some ways that other “FitCelebs” used to shed off their baby weight. Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga and Cycling.

  1. well, everyone has a “set” body weight where your body is suppost to be. this weight is comfortable for the body so the body tries really hard to keep it there. so thats why sometimes your weight loss/weight gain hits a “plateu” and wont move anymore. your body tries its hardest to either burn extra calories or save extra calories. and when your above your set weight, your body tries to burn more calories to get you back down to it. i’ve had over 3 dietitions and this is what they’ve told me. so theres a chance a celebrity didnt actually lie about how she got her figure back
