I don’t think we’ve mentioned anything yet about this Fit Celeb, but Sheryl Crow has some secrets of her own about staying in shape. As per OK! Magazine:
Sheryl tries to exercise every day, whether it’s running or cycling. She’s also careful about eating very clean, organic food and lots of fish. Not only is Sheryl in her Mid 40’s, but she’s a new mommy (via adoption) and just beat breast cancer. God Bless!

for me, it releases stress. its also really good for the heart, but for some people with joint problems, try to walk or do the elliptical.
