  1. Consistency is the key: 30 minutes at the gym several time per day, is better than 1 time for 3 hours.
  2. Do circuit weight training in order to burn calories and boost your metabolism.

  3. I agree with Granger. Who in the hell has that kind of time! Not me. I think people should do what works for them. My sister works out 3 times a week for 30 minutes. She is natuarlly thin and does it more for her health. I, on the other hand, run 4 times a week for an hour at a time. I would rather be eating fried chicken but I do it…
