Tori Spelling, 34, looking smokin hot!   Must I remind you she gave birth last March.  Tori is now pregnant with her second child.

Spelling tells People magazine, she used kickboxing to help her shed the baby weight. Boy, did she ever! I find it amazing how she got that rock hard bod.  She’ll have to do it all over again!  That’s no walk in the park, it’s definitely an uphill battle. I can vouch, I’m still fighting the battle which seems more like the war in Iraq. Never ending…

Please read below to learn more about the benefits of kickboxing.

According to Kids Health:

Kickboxing has many beneficial benefits to keep your body fit. According to a study by the ACE, you can burn anywhere from 350 to 450 calories an hour with kickboxing! Wow! Sign me up today!

Additonal Benefits includes the following:

  • Reduces and relieves stress
  • Help to improve balance
  • Flexibility
  • Coordination
  • Endurance

Kickboxing is also a great way to get a total body workout while learning simple self-defense moves. Sounds interesting I’ll try it out on my husband! :)

  1. Kickboxing? I can barely walk without tripping. I applaud anyone who can do kickboxing.

  3. I did kickboxing for about 4 years in highschool and I LOVED it! I wasn’t in to sports so it was my way to workout. It’s a great way to burn off the fat on your hips and belly. Way more fun than crunches and you get to take out any aggression you may have on the bag. I definitely recommend it.
