Paris Hilton Works The Pole!
Paris Hilton has been trying to clean-up her image ever since her time in the big house. However, back in the fall, she was caught pole dancing at the Marquee night club. Maybe this is how she keeps her body looking so good!! Paris is not the only celebrity who has been caught working the pole; Britney Spears, Demi Moore, and Kate Moss have also been spotted pole dancing.
Believe it or not, pole dancing has some real fitness benefits. According to Stephanie Kite, managing director of Polestars Australia, during a good session of pole dancing:
“Women generally burn off about 250 calories per hour when they engage in fitness pole dancing.”
