How Does Eva Longoria Keep Her Butt Looking So Good?
In an interview with Self Magazine, Eva Longoria revealed her tricks to defying gravity – Versa Discs. These air filled circles force the user to engage multiple muscles at once in order to keep their balance. Personally, with my level of coordination, this may be a dangerous piece of exercise equipment!! Eva exercises at home five days a week with trainer Patrick Murphy.
